Do I need JavaScript?
Perhaps no single subject is more intimidating to the average person than the world of computer programming. Most people in this day and age feel comfortable checking their email or surfing the Internet, but mention learning a computer programming language and you are likely to be met with fearful stares.
While some trepidation is understandable, there is really nothing to fear from learning an exciting new programming language, and JavaScript has gone a long way in taking out the fear from writing and designing websites.
JavaScript has become a necessary part of the online experience and a true necessity for browser functionality. If you want to experience all the World Wide Web has to offer, you have to be able to have working JavaScript in your browser.
